Criminal Minds” season 12 episode 6 will be directed by Matthew Gray Gubler, who plays the role of Dr. Spencer Reid. Gubler is known to direct eerie and creepy episodes for “Criminal Minds” which makes “Elliot’s Pond” another chilling adventure.

Spoiler TV dished out the details for the upcoming episode where it was revealed that three children would mysteriously disappear while riding their bikes to Elliot’s Pond. Through kidnapping speculations would easily arise, the Behavioral Analysis Unit will come across an unlikely situation. As BAU started with their investigation, the team was led to a similar incident which took place 30 years ago.

The authorities never got a chance to place the suspect behind bars 30 years ago, which led them into thinking that the same suspect is possibly responsible for the disappearances that took palace. What made the plot more interesting is the fact that the person who disappeared 20 years ago was never found as well.

The promo video for “Criminal Minds” gave fans more updates as to what they can expect for the upcoming episode. More eerie scenes were revealed after it was discovered that a mental institution was burned, thus the inmates started taking over. To give out more clues into the investigation, it was revealed that disappearances might have something to do with the inmates of the mental asylum.

“Criminal Minds” fans were then given a spooky photo of the upcoming episode. Gubler shared two photos from the set of “Criminal Minds” season 12 episode 6 where he mentioned that this specific “Criminal Minds” story is his 10th episode to direct.
