The BAU Team will have to end another transport-themed serial killing in the next episode of “Criminal Minds,” which is titled “The Bond.”
Since the episode this week featured a series of beheading in Boston by a ride-share driver, next week will be the second straight “Criminal Minds” episode that will carry on the same theme. According to Carter Matt, next Wednesday’s episode will have murders that happen or end up in truck stops along a highway. Considering that almost no one wants to be there, unless really necessary, it must be pretty significant for the UnSub, or unknown subject, to do the crime there.
Another thing that the website pointed out is the possibility of getting caught, since some truck stops are very crowded and there’s a chance that someone will notice something is wrong. Agent Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) definitely has work cut out for him and the rest of the team in the upcoming episode.
A sneak peek of the 13th episode was released earlier, and viewers saw a mother and son talking dearly, which is probably why the episode title is “The Bond.” The mother was telling her son that she’ll love and accept him no matter what. However, a mother’s love still cannot always justify her child’s wrongdoings, as her son was seen holding hostages in his car trunk, and keeping them in an unknown location. Fans will just have to see the rest of their story next week.
The official synopsis of the episode reads, “The BAU searches for a motive and an UnSub when victims are found in truck stop restrooms along highways throughout the South.”
“Criminal Minds” season 11 episode 13 was written by Kimberly Ann Harrison and was directed by Hanelle Culpepper. Guest stars include Aisha Tyler as Dr. Tara Lewis, Wilson Bethel as Randy Jacobs, Veronica Cartwright as Flora Martin, Sal Neslusan as Chloe Andrews, Timothy Ryan Cole as William Waters, and Maurice Hall as Dr. Ivan Smith.
Watch “Criminal Minds” season 11 every Wednesday on CBS.
