Christchurch Criminal Lawyer Faces Charges – Lawfuel

Christchurch criminal lawyer Steven Rollo is reportedly facing charges of being caught with methamphetamine and is to appear on the charges on Friday.

Stuff.co.nz reports that Rollo, 41, is well known in Christchurch for his criminal defence work, is to face class A drug charges after being reportedly arrested on Friday.

He has appearred in several high profile cases, often involving gang members and achieved headlines when appearing in a Nelson case involving the Red Devils motorcycle club whose members faced charges that were thrown out after he and others argued that the police had seriously abused the court process.
